5G standards are rapidly evolving and need heterogeneous system architecture to satisfy the conflicting requirements of 10x reduction in latency, 100x increase in throughput and 10x increase in density. DynamIQ processors provide the right combination of single-thread performance and high efficiency needed to address these 5G requirements. In this talk, we will highlight the features of DynamIQ cores that make them suitable for 5G solutions. We will also address the solutions enabled by DynamIQ cores, which can be used to design efficient 5G wireless infrastructure, from remote radio heads and mobile edge compute to core networks.
